Where Was This Guy For The Past 18 Months?
Classiest concession speech of the cycle. Seriously, this guy would have had a better chance.
Sully agrees:
It was very classy, very moving, and finally worthy of the man we once thought we knew. Alas, his crowd was as ugly as he was gracious. I fear what will now become of the GOP.

Bil Browning Is A Big Lying Loser

Remember that thing yesterday.......how did that go again?
Oh yeh:
I'm going to put my neck out on the line by making a prediction. Barack Obama will announce his vice-presidential choice Wednesday morning. It will be Indiana Senator Evan Bayh.
Well, it didn't happen.

Ralph Nader: Bill Clinton Of The General Election

Here's some fun quotes from everyone's favorite perennial pretend president:
"There's only one thing different about Barack Obama when it comes to being a Democratic presidential candidate. He's half African-American," Nader said. "Whether that will make any difference, I don't know. I haven't heard him have a strong crackdown on economic exploitation in the ghettos. Payday loans, predatory lending, asbestos, lead. What's keeping him from doing that? Is it because he wants to talk white? He doesn't want to appear like Jesse Jackson? We'll see all that play out in the next few months and if he gets elected afterwards."
..."He wants to show that he is not a threatening . . . another politically threatening African-American politician," Nader said. "He wants to appeal to white guilt. You appeal to white guilt not by coming on as black is beautiful, black is powerful. Basically he's coming on as someone who is not going to threaten the white power structure, whether it's corporate or whether it's simply oligarchic. And they love it. Whites just eat it up."

Chris Dodd Stole Your Subprime Trailer

Your life sucks.
Not only were you not invited to the elite Buildabear Workshopconference, but you aren't even a member of Countrywide's VIP program, are you?
Chris Dodd is, and people are mad because he got a good deal on his mortgage.
This is a story now.
Pay attention, because fatcats like Chris Dodd are the reason why gas is $4 a gallon and he probably peed on your pool, too.
Sen. Silverfox denies all of this:
“As a United States senator, I would never ask or expect to be treated differently than anyone else refinancing their home,” said Dodd, who as chairman of the Senate Banking Committee oversees the home loan industry. “This suggestion is outrageous and contrary to my entire career in public service.”
That of course is bullshit and it's a shame this will ruin his inevitability in the 2012 election.

GOP Cutting Losses In JUNE

Not a good sign for Republicans:
At yesterday's Christian Science Monitor forum -- the same venue where he upgraded the GOP's goal to a potential three-seat loss -- NRSC chairman John Ensign was asked point-blank if the party was giving up on the open seats they currently hold in Virginia and New Mexico, where the Democratic nominees are way ahead of the Republicans in current polling.
Ensign said bluntly: "You don't waste money on races that don't need it or you can't win."

Fri.....No Saturday

Oh nooooooooooooooooes! Can it be?
Yesterday, Team Hitlery announced she would suspend her campaign and endorse Sen. Unicorn Friday. Then that changed to Saturday, probably because Friday is an Aryan holiday.
From Breitbart:
Some of Hillary Rodham Clinton's biggest backers from New York rallied around Barack Obama Thursday as she signaled her candidacy was ending.
The likely Democratic nominee said he won't be hurried into a decision on whether to make her his running mate.
Clinton, in an e-mail to supporters, said she "will be speaking on Saturday about how together we can rally the party behind Senator Obama. The stakes are too high and the task before us too important to do otherwise."

It's Only June

Things are not looking so swell for the GOP
From 3BlueDudes:
A new Democracy Corps poll has great news for the Democrats and dismal news for the Republicans. A poll of Republican-held districts indicates that the Democrats are poised for big gains in the fall elections, perhaps as many as 20-25 in the House of Representatives. A win of that sort — a true tidal wave — would give the Democrats a massive majority in the House. Sound fanciful? Yeah, it does — sorta — but consider the Democracy Corps poll before dismissing it entirely.
The poll surveyed 1,600 people in 45 GOP-held districts, from the competitive Tier 1 to tougher-to-win Tier 2 with the named incumbents and their opponents used rather than generic match-ups. The results showed the Democratic candidate winning the Tier 1 races 51%-42%, and the Tier 2 races 48-45 percent.

Everyone Hates You. Please Go Home.

Everyone hates Cankles McGee now, apparently because it's the cool thing to do.
This from Sen. Leahy:
Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) today called on Hillary Rodham Clinton to drop out of the presidential race, saying there is no way the New York senator can wrest the nomination from her rival Barack Obama.
"There is no way that Sen. Clinton is going to win enough delegates to get the nomination," Leahy, an Obama supporter, said in an interview with Vermont Public Radio this morning. "She ought to withdraw, and she ought to be backing Sen. Obama."
And then this from DNC Chairman Howard Dean:
Leahy was the first prominent superdelegate to call on the New York senator to withdraw, but his comments came on the same day that Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean urged superdelegates to make their preferences public.
"There's 800 of them, and 450 have already said who they're for," Dean said on CBS' "Early Show." "I'd like the other 350 to say who they're for at some point between now and the first of July so we don't have to take this into the convention."
And I'd really listen to Howard Dean, if I were Cankles. No one wants pigs' blood spilled on them at the convention.

teh Huckabeez Raptured to Arkansas

Out of all the losers in this election cycle, my heart is heaviest in dealing with the exit of Mike Huckabee :(
Oh, Huck. Baseball, Apostle Paul, truck drivers, selling wedding rings on ebay, and finally endorsing Juan McCain's 100 Year Crusade Against Gay Messican Abortions™.
I'm gonna miss Subway dude. Who will save us from roving gangs of AIDS dogs? Or teach us how to have a healthy diet? What will happen to Chuck Norris? How much does Baby Jeebus now hate elderly Juan McCain???
These are the questions I want answered.
Rumors are swirling about a possible television show. I'm not really sold on that idea.
I'd rather see the enitire Huckabee family travelling around the country as a Christian folk band. Or maybe even a television ministry on CBN.
I'm started to get choked up, so let's just end it at this.
Hillary Wins Texas, Ohio, and Rhode Island

Texas: Clinton 51%, Obama 48%
Ohio: Clinton 54%, Obama 44%
Rhode Island: Clinton 58%, Obama 40%
Real Clear Politics still shows Obama with the delegate lead, 1546 to Clinton's 1449.
What does this all mean?
It means that the next seven, (maybe even more) weeks are going to be torture. Lot's of shitty ads, stupid Youtube videos, cackling, fear mongering, frumpy pantsuits, and excess alcohol consumption.
This Saturday, Wyoming will hold their primary.
Voters from Mississippi will scribble their picks in crayon on March 11.
Then we wait until Pennsylvania holds their primary on April 22.
That is, if we haven't decided to just say fuck it the the electoral process and re-elect W as King of America for a glorious 30 year reign.
Doesn't sound that bad, does it?

Thundercunt Sets Limbo Bar Dangerously Low

Hillary Clinton has really lost it. The above is a photo was emailed to the Drudge Report by Clinton staffers:
With a week to go until the Texas and Ohio primaries, stressed Clinton staffers circulated a photo over the weekend of a "dressed" Barack Obama.
The photo, taken in 2006, shows the Democrat frontrunner fitted as a Somali Elder, during his visit to Wajir, a rural area in northeastern Kenya.
The Obama camp responds:
Plouffe said in a statement: “On the very day that Senator Clinton is giving a speech about restoring respect for America in the world, her campaign has engaged in the most shameful, offensive fear-mongering we’ve seen from either party in this election. This is part of a disturbing pattern that led her county chairs to resign in Iowa, her campaign chairman to resign in New Hampshire, and it’s exactly the kind of divisive politics that turns away Americans of all parties and diminishes respect for America in the world," said Plouffe.
I'm amazed. I did not expect these kinds of tactics until the general election. By Republicans.
Here's a clip from a couple of days ago where Senator Thundercunt accuses Barry of using "tactics right out of Karl Rove's playbook."
Really, Thundercunt? Mailers about healthcare are more Rovian than smearing a black man with a funny name, using a photo that preys on the xenophobic fears of the weak minded?
Furthermore, another of your new strategies is the use of sarcasm?
Shame on you, Hillary Clinton. You are truly America at it's worst.
I look forward to the day that Clinton, Inc. is relegated to the dustbins of history.
UPDATE:
The Clinton campaign puts out a response from Maggie Williams, which doesn't respond to the question of whether a staffer was circulating the photo of Obama in Somali garb, but takes issue with the Obama campaign's embrace of the issue:
Enough.
If Barack Obama's campaign wants to suggest that a photo of him wearing traditional Somali clothing is divisive, they should be ashamed. Hillary Clinton has worn the traditional clothing of countries she has visited and had those photos published widely.
This is nothing more than an obvious and transparent attempt to distract from the serious issues confronting our country today and to attempt to create the very divisions they claim to decry.
We will not be distracted.

Ralph Nader and Ego Announce Presidential Run
As announced earlier, Ralph Nader is once again going to lose a presidential campaign. He sat down on Meet the Press to bore us about shit we've heard the other candidates prattle on about for over a year.
He touched on a wide array of subjects: Juan Mccain is a warmonger. Barack Obama is lazy. David Letterman hates the elderly. Democrats are whiney bitches who lost 2000 because Katherine Harris is a satanic twat. (okay, maybe he's right about that one)
Enjoy:

Ralph Nader Hates Black People, Women, and the Elderly

And to prove it, he's going to run for President again:
The consumer advocate will appear on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday to announce whether he will launch another White House bid. Nader kicked off his 2004 presidential run on the show
...Kevin Zeese, who was Nader's spokesman during the 2004 presidential race, but is no longer working for him, said Friday that Nader has been actively talking to "lots of people on all sorts of levels" about the possibility of making another run.
Zeese said he could only guess what Nader might do, but added: "Obviously, I don't think ("Meet the Press" host) Tim Russert would have him on for no reason."
Instead of traditional campaiging, he will go door to door until he's told every 2 year old in America there is so Santa Clause.

Hillz Says Barry Hussein is Plagiarist
Now that Thundercunt sees the election slipping away, she has taken on the role of room moniter. From The Swamp:
Sen. Hillary Clinton's campaign wants everyone to see a campaign speech made in 2006 by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick just before he won that office and a recent speech by Sen. Barack Obama.
In his speech Patrick responded to the charge by his opponent that he was a fine speaker capable of tossing off inspirational words but not a politician with results. All words, no action.
Patrick responded by uttering some of the most famous words of American history: "We hold these truths to be self-evident" and "We have a dream" and saying, repeatedly, they were "just words" too. A very effective comeback.
Wow, I bet that Deval guy is pretty pissed...............
In a telephone interview on Sunday, Mr. Patrick said that he and Mr. Obama first talked about the attacks from their respective rivals last summer, when Mrs. Clinton was raising questions about Mr. Obama’s experience, and that they discussed them again last week.
Both men had anticipated that Mr. Obama’s rhetorical strength would provide a point of criticism. Mr. Patrick said he told Mr. Obama that he should respond to the criticism, and he shared language from his campaign with Mr. Obama’s speechwriters.
Mr. Patrick said he did not believe Mr. Obama should give him credit.
“Who knows who I am? The point is more important than whose argument it is,” said Mr. Patrick, who telephoned The New York Times at the request of the Obama campaign. “It’s a transcendent argument.”
See, he was sampling. You know, like Kanye.
Try again, Thundercunt.

And Bill was like "OH NO YOU DIDN'T"....

Yesterday was a bad day for Former President/Future First Lady Bubba. First, he was heckeled by pro-lifers at a rally:
Then, at a seperate rally, the Ametuer Gynecologist was heckled by an Obama supporter:
Robert Holeman came to Timken High School here today with a message to deliver to Bill Clinton. He did -- and he said the former president wasn’t happy about it.
Clinton spoke to a capacity crowd in this Northeast Ohio town, the third of five events today in the Buckeye State. He told voters that the contest was “the power of speeches against the promise of solutions by a world-class change maker.”
Throughout the event, as Clinton made his case for his wife, Holeman’s dissenting voice could be heard. At times he simply shouted Obama’s name. When Clinton would set up a sure applause line, Holeman could be heard heckling. As soon as Clinton finished speaking, the Canton native made a beeline to the ropeline to give Clinton a piece of his mind.
“I asked the president to please stop the bickering between the campaigns,” Holeman said in an interview afterwards. “All this name calling is like the bully in the yard. He can’t get his way, he can’t get nothing done.” Holeman said he thought Clinton was “gasping for air.”
Here's a little bit of the video. Holman claims that Bill "popped" him in the face.
This should come as no surprise. Remember this from 1992?
Stay classy, Clintons.

Mexico Hillz is a Sore Loser

For the 2nd time in a row, Hillz has not congratualted Barry Hussein on his wins:
The courtesy of conceding a primary or caucus loss — and then congratulating your opponent — is by no means required. But it has become standard practice during campaign season.
Clinton congratulated Obama and John Edwards after their first and second place finishes in the Iowa caucuses. Obama returned the favor in New Hampshire, saying Clinton “did an outstanding job.” That courtesy continued through the early states.
But as the race has shifted to a delegate chase with dozens of states in play around the country, the notion of congratulating one’s opponent seems, for Clinton, to have fallen by the wayside.
Why does this come to mind?
