Renowned silent film star and cancer enthusiast George Hamilton stopped by The View to talk about some book someone wrote for him. Now, The View is always awkward, but this segment really stands alone.
At about the 2:00 mark, Barbara asks George to regale the audience with a cute little anecdote about the time he fucked his stepmother at the age of 12.
brickbat really can't stand.........nah........despises the endangered Alaskan Snowcunt, but this story is kinda getting blown out of proportion:
Sarah Palin brought one unusual accessory to the Alaska Governor's mansion after moving in last year: A tanning bed.
Al Giordano's NarcoNews first reported that Palin had the apparatus installed in the mansion in Juneau, and a spokesman for the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Roger Wetherell, confirmed the account to Politico.
"She paid for it with her own money," Wetherell said in an email.
It does get awful dark up there in Alaska, but health authorities like the American Cancer Society generally frown on tanning beds as cancer risks.
The McCain-Palin campaign didn't have an immediate comment on the purchase.
For this Sunday's New York Times Magazine, Deborah Solomon coyly sort of raises that issue at the very end.
Solomon kicks it off by stating, "Your personal life is not that of a typical Republican candidate. For starters, I hear you're"-- wait for it -- "not a property owner." Crist replies, "It is true. I do not own property."
Solomon then moves on to, "You were married nearly 30 years ago, but the marriage lasted less than a year. Do you prefer"-- wait for it -- "living alone?" Crist: "I got married and divorced because it didn't work out. I haven't found the right one since." Of course, the use of the word "one" will be parsed for days.
"You can't find one woman in all of Florida?" Solomon helpfully asks.
